Working for the Customer

Our typical process when working for customers starts with responding and showing up to the job as soon as possible to prevent further damage. Next, our certified team will walk through the job entirely before we start so the homeowner and insurance adjuster are on the same page and know what to expect. During the walkthrough, a member of our team will take detailed pictures of the damage before the work is started for a visual documentation. Once everything has been talked over and we get the ok from the homeowner, then we start the work.

Working with Insurance

When working with insurance companies we like to keep open communication and provide detailed documentation of every job so that the customer has a better experience when dealing with an unprecedented property damage. On the job, we only remove materials that are necessary and save as much as possible to keep costs down. We will not do any unnecessary work at the expense of the insurance company. After the mitigation work is complete, our goal is to guide the customer throughout the entire process so the insurance company doesn't have to.
